BOOKING DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a no show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice the fee charged will be:

$132.00 per dual hour booked. eg a navigation lesson with the instructor booked for four hours the fee will be $440.00

Aircraft hired for overnight trips will incur a cancellation fee of $110 per day booked for cancellations with less that 48 hours notice

Not applicable to weather related cancellations.
