BOOKING DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a no show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice the fee charged will be:

$165.00 per dual hour booked. eg a navigation lesson with the instructor booked for four hours the fee will be $660.00

Aircraft hired for overnight trips require a deposit of $200 per night which is non refundable if the trip is cancelled with less than seven days notice.

Cancellation fees do not apply to weather related cancellations.
