Fleet & Crew

MINOVATION was formed in 1997 by Chief Flying Instructor Min Stokes. She learned to fly in  Jersey, Channel Islands and flew in the UK, France and USA before gaining the UK Commercial Pilot Licence and instructing in Jersey before moving to Australia in 1993.

The school was set up as an alternative to the large flight schools and to be a place where people could receive quality one-on-one training tailored to the individual student in a small and friendly environment.

We also developed a base where overseas pilots can come to hire an aircraft and enjoy a flying holiday.

Once you have completed your licence we have several Piper aircraft available for private hire so that you can explore Australia by air.
